Top first bird is a Barred Rock...most likely male...though females of commercial lines can be precocious with comb...but that's reddening already, so brace yourself.

Second bird, hard to see your comb shot, but looks to be a Silver Laced Wyandotte. If the comb is horseshoe shaped with the luck running down the beak, it is a SLW. Nothing indicating male, yet, though the shot makes the comb look a bit rosey. They take a little longer to develop. Watch this one too. If the comb gets truly red, it may be male as well.

Can you tell any better from this shot?

That's not a rose comb, it looks to be single, as it isn't a row of peas either.

Commercial SLW however often can have single combs. Otherwise, hmmmm, it is silver penciled rock possibly.
(And looks to be female).

Thank you so much!
