idk what chicken and roosters are good to make eggs for hatching

my high school commonground high school want to hatch about 20 eggs but we dont know witch chickens and roosters are good for breeding worst part is we dont know witch eggs are the fertile ones.can some one give me some info because i need help.

I would say Easter Eggers. The eggs from the hens can be very colorful, and the Easter Egger rooster's are normally friendly. To find eggs, other than right here on BYC, you could post an ad on your local Craigslist. Go to the farm and garden, for sale by owner section, and place a Wanted to Buy ad. Eggs on there are pretty inexpensive. However, if you do decide to use Craigslist make sure the teacher is the one doing the communicating. I have talked to some pretty strange people on there.
