If an Ameraucana has 1 darker toenail on each foot....

    Is it an EE? Or just poor type? Or not a big deal? Sorry if I spell the name wrong sometimes my brain and fingers don't communicate properly!

    I have that on a couple of mine, too. Not sure if there is anything in the standard about toenail color or not. Mine are BBS Ameraucanas from breeders. I'd say one off-color toenail doesn't make an Ameraucana into an EE, certainly, but I'm not the expert on the breed here.

    how old is the bird in question? I know my chicks sometimes have that and they change as they get older....
