If it were at least twelve hours apart (more would be better) you might could tell a difference in a white shelled egg in less than a day. Darker shell colors I'd think probably not. It would be a slight difference though. I wouldn't candle so frequently myself.

When you candle so frequently, you risk the hatchability of that egg as you are removing it from a stable environment. I doubt you would see much change at any rate...
