if i were planting corn for my birds

    Could I plant it now and grow winter corn? I'm in Ohio zone five. This will be for chickens.

    The things that can be planted now (and a little later)

    Winter wheat (harvest next May)
    Winter oats (same as above)
    Rape
    Kale
    Mustard
    Turnip Greens
    Clover
    Alfalfa
    KY 31 Fescue

    That's what I can think of off the top of my head.
