I ran across this article on MSNBC.com http://www.cnn.com/2010/LIVING/12/31/o.celebrity.chefs/index.html?hpt=C2 And here is what he said his NY Resolution is going to be:

    Alton Brown
Commentator on "Iron Chef America" and host of Food Network's "Good Eats"

I make one resolution a year, and I take it pretty seriously. Last year it was to lose a few pounds -- did that. This year I'm going to raise chickens. I really like eggs, and I don't want to have to worry about the chicken's welfare, or what's in the egg.

    Love it! [IMG]

his episode on butter was life altering for me.

I love how he relates chemistry to cooking. His episode on chocolate explained a lot of my disasters and prevented future cooking nightmares.

He is one of my cooking heros! He has had a few live chickens on his shows.

I'll work with Wiley Publishing to see if we can get him a copy of Raising Chickens for Dummies! [IMG]
