I say if its "Canadian" then its an illegal immigrant if it cannot produce the proper paperwork and should be turned in to the proper authorities... Now a "Canada" goose is different. Those aren't illegal if you have proper paperwork to keep them.

Sorry, Canadian means it has residency, Canada Goose is the proper term.
