My hen has one crippled talon. She is eating, drinking and her stool is normal. I took her to the local farmer supply store and he had never seen this before. I was wondering if anyone has seen this and how to fix her. She can't walk well and I don't want anything to happen to her.

x2 on Yorkshire coop's comments. Has she always been that way or is this a recent development?
