Hen is 3.5 years old. Acting fine/ seems fine. Is out in the run with the flock, eating, drinking, and walking fine.

But RIGHT eye seems maybe inflamed. She is an EE, so normally has tuft of EE fluff there. The fluff is missing, and might be feather picking from another hen. Note that on the left side of the face the eye seems fine and the fluff is intact.

Right eye with possible issue (missing normal EE fluff)

Left eye seems fine, and the typical EE fluff is intact.

What happened with this pullet that you posted about a couple of weeks ago?

I see bubbles in this hen's eye, so along with your other thread I would take a guess you are dealing with a respiratory disease.
Mycoplasma is fairly common, you can try treating symptoms with Tylosin, but it's not a cure. Respiratory diseases move through a flock, sometimes slowly depending on conditions.

Flush her eye with saline, press out any pus/bubbles that you see and apply an eye ointment like Terramycin - do this 2-3 times a day.

Here's some reading about diseases https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/publication/ps044
