I'm a big girl now (at least mom hopes I am a girl)

    12 days old and on the second rung of the roost.
    Man is having chickens fun or what? These guys are playing together, jumping and so darn cute. I have them trained to come to my hand for a meal worm. TOO MUCH FUN!! lol.

    With that many tail feathers at 12 days old, I THINK (but dont quote me) that it MIGHT be safe to assume its a girl?? I am pretty sure pullets get their tail feathers before the cockerals. Which has also been my experience.

    Shes adoreable by the way!

    i immediately thought girl when i saw her, but don't hold me to that! [​IMG] those wing feathers seem to have come in quite a bit, and my boys always get their wing feathers in later.
