I'm a dog & I caught & killed a meat bird

My master, who is a little strange, ordered me to catch 2 meatbirds who got
away. I caught one and gave it to him but the second was so tasty that I used it
for a chew toy. For some reason my master sent his minion, some small human,
under the shed after me and stole my chew toy. It's hard to type with paws.

LOL...dogs will be dogs. I guess you shouldn't sic them on the chickens if you want live chickens! However, if you're going to harvest them...

For those who don't know Sandy is my dog and the newest member here.


I wish she showed more interest in BYC but right now she is cuddled up at the
end of our bed.

2 rangers escaped tonight and ran under the barn. I sent her in to get them.
One ran right into my arms. The other may have had a heart attack but we did
find puncture marks when we processed it.

There was no intent to harm the chicken. Sandy is a hound and great at flushing
out chickens who hide under the barn. The meaty was gonna be culled anyways
but that doesn;t mean I wanted Sandy to scare it to death. I feel bad about it
but Sandy is so proud she had to share it with her friends here.
