I'm a first time chick mama and I have a chick that isn't doing well

I have a chick that is about 10 hours old and it is very weak. It can not stand or hold it's head up, it just lays in the brooder. I gave it some water which it seemed to like and it does chirp when touched. Is there anything I can do to help it? Any and all advise is appreciated!
