I'm getting them in the mail from Ideal. I ordered 2 crested blue swidish pullets and 2 black india ducks...

They're shipping the 21st but I have some questions.

1. Will they ship to my house?

2. Are they going to give me male chicks with this order to keep them warm?!?!? I wasn't told this until I already ordered! I'm NOT allowed to have roosters.

3. Are they good with they're Garentee or not?

4. Can someone volenteer to take any roosters chicks?

Thanks everyone!

Oh and What's a pullet anyways?!!?

Wow. Okay.

1. They'll hold them at the post most likely, you'll have to pick them up. Get walking kid.

2. Perhaps. I do not know if hatcheries mix chicks with ducklings though.

3. They should replace anything that shows up dead. Credit or new birds.

4. Feed them broiler... Eat them

Free dinner.

A pullet is a female chicken that's under 1 year of age. Any older is a hen.

Correction, I have a BUTTLOAD of chickens and too many roosters as it is. I'm trying to rehome them currently. No luck. They'll end up in a bachelor pad or as soup.

i just ordered ducks from mcmurrey and they send them to the post office and they call you when they arrive to come get them. usually when you order ducks they would put extra ducks in with them for warmth. I havent orderd from them yet but i have been hearing wonderful things about the company.
