I candled Star's egg today and nothing showed up, so I cracked it open and guess what? A baby! A baby! Of course that one had to be thrown away but now I know I can keep all her eggs now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My favorite chicken's eggs are fertile! So here's the cross! What do you think they will look like?

Silver Sebright/Game mixed with a white silkie!

I am starting to feel bad now...Did I kill it for no reason? But the way I see it, think of how many chicks I can help into the world of Star's now that I know her and Peter have a thing for each other!

My first chicken ever. And She is going to have babies! Well, after I collect eggs tomorrow, THEN she will have babies!
