I'm home and bragging on my STATE CHAMPS!!!!!

I got home tonight from our New Mexico State Battle of the Books with State Champions!!!! All of the team members were also members of the Kid's Club that so many of you have generously supported this year so I thought you would want to know that they are the new State Champions! They all had to read 20 books and be able to answer random questions and be able to identify the book and author to answer the questions. I'm so proud of them!!!

I did that in middle school, it's a lot harder than it sounds. I did it when there was Eragon, Al Capone, and a bunch of boring books on there. You have to pretty much memorize every detail! I was upset when I found out HS didn't have it. Congrats.
