impacted crop and more

[Gildas mom]

Friend has a young hen with an impacted crop. Has been massaging an using oils and water prior to massaging. Hen is still pooping , it's been like 4+ days like this. She has tried baking soda, olive oil, coconut oil etc...Today, hens neck and head are shifted to one side but it doesn't look like wry neck. She has been inside her house and separated from the flock. Crop does not seem to be getting any smaller....help?

Do you have photos of the poop and hen?

You can try the methods as outlined in the article below. Sometimes it can take a while to clear an impacted crop. A flush may be helpful is nothing else seems to be working.
Do make sure the hen is well hydrated.
