my bantam cochin Obscura has had an enlarged crop for, years now (3?). now upon thinking about it obscura HAD all the symptoms of impacted crop, now her crop is soft and moveable but, it is huge! she is also thin

is there anything i can do to help her, she flew down from a high roost yesterday and did a face plant. or more of a crop plant. i feel so bad for her and i don't know what to do. could i please get some help?
