Impacted Crop?

My Banty hen has a hard crop and seems lethargic. She was broody but she gave up on her eggs. Is this impacted crop? If so, how should I treat it?

If you want to know if her crop is impacted take her food away when they go to roost, then first thing in the morning before she starts eating anything check her crop to see if it emptied. It should be much smaller in the morning. My chickens sometimes have hard feeling crops, but they are normal in the morning, which means it is emptying.
