I had a wonderful pair of impeyan pheasants. However last month we lost the female. I've been trying to find him a new lady with no luck. I know they are usually sold in pairs. How can I get around that?

That is a tricky one. Have you tried placing "wanted" ads online? You can place an ad here, in our Buy ~ Sell ~ Trade section and see if one of our members can help you. Please note you'll need a post count of 20+ before the system will allow you to place an ad though. We have these restrictions in place to deter spammers. But look around the forum for threads to participate on, you'll have the required post count in no time. Best of luck and hope you find what you are looking for!

Maybe you can get some fertile eggs but you may end up with more males or check out the other backyard poultry section and see if you can work out a swap with someone there.
