so after excitement and ... well excitement of awaiting my call ducks to come in Me and hubby impulse bought some babies ...

We got
2 turkeys white and brown
4 chickens (I’ll try and remember breed names. Got
Confused )
And 2 ducklings khaki camble and Pekin!


We’ve never had turkeys before so any advice there would be fantastic!! And any other chicken/ducky advice would be great!!!


Please excuse the current little coop. It’s only for tonight until brooder is finished in the morning as I have to go to work now haha ! But here’s pictures !!
Names as follow: duckey - khaki
Quakers- Pekin
White chick- pancake
Silver laced- indi
White turkey- nap

Any name suggestions would be amazing and breed names would be awesome!

white leghorn
silver laced Wyandotte
Isa brown
Plymouth Barred rock

Congrats on your new babies so adorable.

Be careful with open water dishes chicks can drown as can ducklings. reg chick waterers for first week for all then switch to something along these lines in the thread for the ducklings.
