In a perfect world chickens would love the taste of flies and ants!

    I've seen mine eat cockroaches. Ewwwwww. And just now a wasp!!! Too bad ants aren't a tiny delicacy to them.

    They like flies - the problem lies in trying to catch them.

    Once killed a bunch of flies with Golden Malrin - almost killed the brood of chicks that decided to eat them.

    Mine eat some ants and flies. Really tiny ants, they don't seem to notice them so they won't eat them, but I've seen them eat larger ones. I think the enjoy chasing the flies more than the actual taste though.
