Incorporating chicks

I have 11, 1 1/2 month old chicks and was wondering when I could add them to my other grown chickens? And what to expect? Thanks in advance for any help.

What I've seen suggested here is to house them near each other, as in, divided by chicken wire, for a few weeks, then let them together when all are about the same size. You will see some pecking, but shouldn't have to re-separate unless blood is drawn. Some people have had success integrating sooner, though. Two methods are to put the new ones on the roost with the older ones just after dark, and to have them in a large ard with hiding places and offer treats or other distractions at the same time.
