Incubate her very first eggs?

Finally my celadon girls started laying eggs. My question is if their very first eggs are ok to incubate? Or should I wait one or two weeks or longer? The male is mounting correctly.

I would wait a couple of weeks. The first eggs aren't always fertile and the hen's system is still getting started.
