I think I am going to try to incubate my pekin duck eggs with the skillet method, as I filled every incubator within a twenty mile radius with guinea eggs. Thats right ...every one [IMG]
How many eggs can I let her lay and them still be viable. She has laid eight int he past ten days. I've left them in her nest. There is a lean to over her nest to keep out the sun and rain, but I'm thinking its time to take them out, or I may lose them.

How long do you let them lay?

I've been told pekins will no longer sit. They would hatch their own eggs when I was growing up, but everyone that I've talked with says they won't now.

Have you had any luck with them going broody?
