Incubating eggs and the ring of death

    I know this has been asked too many times but although I've seen the pictures I still have to hear it from someone else. Is this the ring of death? This is from a Silkie.

    Hi everybody! My clutch I just candeled looks good but one looked like a ring of death and I didn't see any veins or red dot. And it just wasn't sticking like the others. So I did a eggtopsy and there was blood in it. And also the mother had rejected it because it was cold! I didn't kill it right? Thanks - Billy b
