Incubating late

So today is day 22 of my chicks incubating I have candeled as they are late (I know I shouldn’t) but the air sacs look really small and I’m not sure if I have done something wrong or some just come late any idea?

What date did you set them? What did you keep the humidity at throughout incubation? And lastly, what was the temperature and is your incubator still air or forced air?

19th febuary
The humid wasnt measured but I kept the compartment topped up to how much it said it should be.
Temperature of 36/37 degrees celcuis
Forced air
But one of my eggs stated pipping and I heard it tweeting it was so cute so I should be okay now!
