Is it possible to incubate quail and chicken eggs in the same incubator at the same time?

Many people incubate those together... either have a separate hatcher or set the chicken eggs earlier and add the quail eggs at about day 3 so they hatch at the same time...

Do they go on lockdown at the same time?

If you time it properly... I think 18 days is quail, so set the quail when the chicken eggs have been set for 3 days...

#1 you should keep your chicken operation seperate from your quail operation.
#2 the baby chickens will trample the tiny quail.
