Incubating runners and Cayuga

So the duck house is nearly built, incubator purchased.. I was wondering if hatching runners and Cayugas in the same incubator is ok? I've brought an automatic brinsea 20. I've also brought the brinsea disinfectant, what do I need to disinfect prior to incubating? Any tips or advice on incubating would be greatly appreciate

Also... Has anyone used the brinsea octagon 20 before? How did you manage the humidity?
