@Chaos18 fans are both up and running without a loss of speed. One quick electrical question/problem. I had to connect the second fan while the first was running or neither would run. Any ideas?

It could also be possible that the power supply you are using doesn't have the amperage rating it needs to start both of those motors at the same time. Check the rating on the power supply. Electric motors tend to take more power to start than to run. If you're power supply is rated at 300ma that is not enough to start both fans at the same time.

Only thing I could think of is you have them wired in series. They need to be wired in parallel. Polarity does matter on these fans also. Make sure you have all of the positives wired together and all of the negatives wired together. Hope this helps

So I candle my eggs today 15 are doing great one never started and one is to hard to see into to be sure but I'm pretty happy so far I had a temperature spike on day three of 110 degrees but I'm hoping for the best

I don't currently have a pic of that wiring. Both of mine are connected at the same point as the fans are mounted right beside each other.
