incubator at 99.0 degrees all day, will that affect my hatch?

I couldn't get my hova-bator past 99 degrees today until about 6:30, so at least 24 hours it was on 99 degrees, will this greatly reduce my hatch rate? It at 99.9 now so were good

Anywhere between 99 and 102 is fine. Below that 99 could reduce rates and above 103 cooks them. My incubator has cold and hot spots (it has a fan, so makes no sense to me).

I have one corner that remains 102 and the rest is 99-100 and they all hatch about the same time other than the few in the one corner, they tend to be a day or two early.
