Hi
This is my second attempt at incubating, first was a unsuccessful. Today s day 12 of the second batch on checking in the morning water was at 100ml line. But this evening at 10pm it was completely dry. Do you know If this will affect the eggs if the incubator runs dry?

No, you're fine. The humidity is critical the last couple days. You don't want it dry when the chicks start pipping.

Whenever I hear about someone having an unsuccessful hatch the first time or two, I always suspect the thermometer/thermostat. You want to verify your temps are correct with at least one known good thermometer. At ther very least compare it to a medical thermometer (for fevers).

I like these.

I'm glad you joined us!

Good luck with your incubation!

It's best to have some amount of water - you need to check often. Do you have a hygrometer in the incubator, so you know temp & humidity levels?
