Incubator

So i have a hovabator 1583 forced air incubator. I just bought 2 new thermo/hygrometers. and they are reading a few degrees apart but the one is dead on with my aquarium thermo so should i go with that and just +/- for the one that is a few degrees off?

What I usually do is take all of the thermometers and average their readings. Just in case they are all off by a little bit. Don't know of this is what you are supposed to do, but it makes me feel a lot better.
