Indiana Laws selling eggs?

Does anyone know where to look to be able to sell eggs LEGALLY in Indiana, specifically Elkhart County. I'v looked and looked, tried the board of health, ag sites etc. Any help or a new direction to try would be helpful. I am guessing it would be less than 5 Doz./week. Thanks Brian
