One of my white leghorns has an inflamed foot. It seems like there is a scub underneath its foot.. What can I do? Antibiotics?

I just noticed it today... She doesn't seem to pay any attention to it at all.

Like I said I am NO expert. My girl just came down a couple days ago, she was still walking on it but when she would stop she would hold it up. Hopefully you will get more expert advice. I've only had my girls since March so I'm just a newbie but I love my babies to death. If you look for the post I started, "Megs has a very sore foot" you can compare you chickens foot to Meg's and those two links said how and why she got it. We are very queasy so we are doing the drawing salve option.

That's definitely bumble foot. Look up a video how to remove it. It's pretty gruesome

I feel like it's always your favorite chicken that gets sick... [IMG] That's really too bad. Thanks for all of the quick replies!
