Inflated Stomach

Hi, my RIR is very sick, she has an inflated stomach like a balloon and a dirty vent. One day she was fine and the next she was very sick. I've had 2 RIRs that have died from the same symptoms. I'd appreciate any help thanks!

Is it her lower abdomen that is inflated, or it is in her crop that is big? The crop is under the neck in the chest. If her crop is large she may have an impacted crop or sour crop. If you are talking about her belly, then she may have fluid in her belly (ascites) or have egg yolk peritonitis.
