INFO NEEDED! have to talk to people about chickens in late april

hi!
so last year my family had a bunch of kids to our garden say september. i had my birds there and people where actually intrested. so one of the ladies that volunteered and my grandma got me to do a little chicken info thing in april. yay. so i need answers to the most comploex or "stupidest" questions. so i need info on eggs and best backyard flocks. who new..

so if you guys can give me some iinfo that would be awesome. i only know what i would guess to be 1/10 of the knowledge that would be needed.

most often asked questions: do you need a rooster to get eggs? no, the roster is only needed if you want fertilized eggs.
How many hens per roster? Ten hens for one roster, to many rosters causes problems

Make the coop bigger than they read about, esp. if you live in a winter climate where the chickens will have to stay in for long periods
Keep your cop in the shade for the summer heat, chickens don't do well in extreme heat
Make a very secure coop, everything wants to eat your hens
Keep your coop clean
always have feed and fresh water, hens need lot of water
They need exercise and entertainment to be happy
Put yard waste like lawn cuttings, raked up leaves, pulled out weeds into the coop for pened up hens to enjoy and eat and it gives them something to do
