Injured chick foot

So chicks are three weeks old. Put them in a box to have a tiny bit of ourdoor time since they are wanting to explore more. Cut a little flap in the box so i could open it when i got outside. Problem is I made the flap go down not up so there were slipping and sliding all over on that dang draw bridge. It was a bit of a disaster.

So one of them slipped around too much and I don't think it was a poky dried weed that hurt it. Now its left foot is in a bit of a fist. Don't think it broke cause it didn't freak out when I touched it. Did it just pull something? Should I do anything or hope it feels better soon? Thank you, I feel terrible

Just an update, i think its a b2 riboflavin deficiency. Food month or two old and had sun exposure. Stretching might have been an early sign. Treating it here and will update with progress
