Injured Duck

My duck Daisy was overrated, and the neighbor's dog got a hold of her when I took her from the coop. She has two holes on each side of her neck, and J don't have the supplies or meds to keep much from happening other than peroxide, bandages, and some triple- antiobiotic cream. She is standing every now and then, but she keeps doing a kickstand with her beak. I don't want to cull her, but she is really worrying me and I don't want her to suffer. What should I do?

Flush the wounds with sterile saline and apply triple antibiotic ointment. The duck is in shock so I would bring her in and give her a dark room with food and water and keep an eye on her.
