One of the new batch of chicks arrived with an injured eye. There was a cut in the upper eyelid, which seemed to be healing. However, over the four weeks we have had her, an infection seems to have developed. I used a triple antibiotic ointment on it, and it seemed to get better, but today it was much worse. A liquid is oozing out fairly constantly, and she can only half open her eye. I don't think she can really see through that eye any more. She occasionally scratches at it, and sometimes wipes it on her feathers. She is active, however, goes outside, runs around, and enjoys herself. I am planning to give her tetracycline by dropper. I am not sure how much to give her daily. Should she be isolated? She is currently with seventy-one other chicks. Should I continue with the triple antibiotic? Could the infection spread to other parts of her face? I'm new to infections in chickens. Here are some pictures.

She closes her eye whenever I pick her up, because she expects ointment. Underneath the lid, her eyeball itself looks fine.
Thank you for whatever help you are able to give.
