Injured geese eye

2 days ago I noticed my goose was bleeding from his eye but then he washed it all off and his eye was just closed after and the next day it was open and just looked foggy(picture posted) I did clean it up yesterday and today his eye seems not too bad just closed so anything I can do maybe put in his water?

I'd try applying an antibiotic ointment to his eye.
