Hello,
So I went out today to give my chicks some snacks and one of my older ones was laying down not moving, after a minute she trying to stand up but fell forward on one leg. I tried to stand her up and look at the leg she wont use but it doesn't seem to be injured. I carried her into the coop to make sure she was drinking and eating, which she started to as soon as I set her down, but the injured leg was stretched behind her while she lay there. Every so often she sort of stumbled forward by accident. It almost seems like she doesn't have control of her leg. I took her inside and set her up with some food and water in the basement but I'm not sure what to do. Her leg doesn't show any signs of injury but she cant walk. Any help would be much appreciated.
