Injured Rooster

I have a rooster that was attached by dogs 3 days ago. I thought he was dead. After holding him and talking to him for about an hour he perked up. It has been very shakey since then though. I feed him ground up bird food and water with a dropper. His comb however is an orangish color and has white splotches it it. I don't know if this is normal or if he is just slowly dying. He sleeps most of the time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what you should do except keep him warm and also give him electrolytes in the water/eyedropper.

Hope he makes it.
