Injuries!!!!! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My Chick Stepped on a prickle while i let her run around
    now her foots bleeding!

    if u have other chick injuries problems
    post them here!


    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

    If it is still bleeding, make sure the prickle isn't still in there, and then dust some regular flour (like for cooking) on the cut to make it stop bleeding. If you have something called "styptic powder" that will work better, but most people don't have that at home. Keep the chick apart from the other chicks if it looks like the other ones are picking at its cut foot- maybe for a day or two.

    Stay calm. She'll be fine!

    its stopped and i didnt know what it was untill the prickle fell out

    i put water on mi finger and cleaned it and she's the only chick so she's ok

    cookie......you are a good momma. Glad it stopped bleeding. Like any mom, we panic a little when something happens to our babies. Its ok....try to stay calm. Good luck.

    she's my lil angel so of course i panicked she's a good chick
    is there a way to stop really sloppy poos all the time or does it happen with young chicks?

    Your chick shouldn't be having messy poops all the time. In general they should be firm. Is she on chick starter as food?
    You may want to dip her foot in a pan of soapy water and clean it well, then rinse. Good luck!
