    There aren't enough teachers like you. I have been fortunate to have a few here and there from Kindergarden to College. They all had a few things in common too. Each had a passion to share knowledge in a way that inspired students. Each cared about the success of their students. I wish you well.

    I think there's that one teacher to whom everyone can point who made a major impact on his or her life. Thank you for being that individual for those kids. And how great for those kids to be students of the Cool Dude Academy.

    Thanks for sharing your story with us, Luke. You get better. Put all of your efforts into healing right now, so you can get back to your students. You'll be in the thoughts and prayers of lots of people, myself included.

    You've got some great breeds. I love bantams, too. I've got d'Anvers, silkies/showgirls and bantam Ameraucanas plus a bunch of big ol' Orpingtons.
