How easy is it going to be to integrate my 25 day-old chicks with my five 2 week old chicks in the same brooder box. Are they still young enough to get along ok?

Probably they'll be fine. You won't know until you try it, though. I've had good luck taping two cardboard boxes together when I have two staggered batches of chicks weeks apart. I cut a hole into the common wall and if they don't get along, I fasten a screen over the hole so they can't mess with each other but they can still see each other and interact.

I set up two heating lights, one being a simple 100 watt incandescent bulb and the one for the younger chicks, 250 watt heat lamp. But by the time the chicks are 25 days, you probably won't need much, if any heat, for them.
