This a link to ingredients specifications for poultry. Don't know if it was posted before.
http://www.ingredients101.com/specification.htm

With these informations, you can download a recipe formulator for rabbit and adjust it for poultry.
the link:
http://world-rabbit-science.com/
go to: On-line scientific documents and clic on the image of: FREE on line RABBIT FEEDS FORMULATION SOFTWARE PACKAGE then you can download it and use it for free with excel.

I'm working on it and I think it's very valuable for those interested to formulate their own poultry feed.

Have fun!

I really like the Ingrediants101 site! My chickens have been getting Distillers Dried Grains & Solubles (DDGS) and Brewers Grains for years from the spirit distillations and brews that I do for work and it's cool to see all the nutrients in them. Thanks!

I've also found these two sites:

http://www.caes.uga.edu/publications/pubDetail.cfm?pk_id=7886

http://www.winfeed.com

The first has the original software from the University of Georgie for poultry. The second offers a free, 100% functional demo of a feed formulator for Windows systems. I haven't used either as I run Linux but someone would find them helpful. Thanks Frederic.

Thank you very much for the link. I was trying to replace ingredients, ... in the rabbit program, ...
I'm trying to find what is best for my chickens as ready mixed food sold in retail shop is expensive here so I have to find other way and mix the food by my-self.
Thanks again House Cat
