wow! i still can't believe it! i talked to a school teacher today who is incubating eggs in her classroom. i asked her when her eggs were due to hatch and she said she had one that's pipped already but nothing really yet from the others...she didn't really know what "day" they were on...... i asked her if she's been ok throughout the incubation with checking the temps, humidity etc. she said "well, the 4H lady told me not to really worry about it. she said to add water every once in awhile, but to not worry about it when it got near the end"
i told her to keep me updated on how the hatching went cuz i had read that you had to be pretty diligent on the temps and humidity.....i tried to tell her this without sounding like a know-it-all. it's not the teacher's fault. it's the 4H lady's fault cuz she obviously doesn't know how to incubate. but we shall see! i'll keep u all informed!
