Thanks for the informative post. I particulary liked the part about AE:

Avian encephalomyelitis Lifetime immunity is acquired through vaccination or recovery from a natural outbreak.

It's nice to know that "lifetime immunity is acquired through recovery from a natural outbreak". This should give hope to all who have sick chicks.
