    I was rolling on the floor laughing!!! Everybody is all freaked about this chicken! One person posted in the comments about the breed but everybody else is having too much fun debating if there is something wrong with this chicken.

    Apparently, no Easter Eggers in Mexico??

    I think that what had them stumped was that there is no easter eggers in the country they live in. And that hen looks like a RIR. So I could see why they are shocked.

    When I first got chickens, we had a student visiting from Japan. I tried to explain to him that the EEs might lay green or blue eggs, and he just didn't understand. So I showed him pictures, and pictures of robin's eggs. He was flabbergasted! Apparently there are no birds in Japan that lay colored eggs so he had no idea it was even possible!
