intersex welsh harelquin?

hello folks! haku, my gold welsh harlequin hen, has recently begun molting. sounds usual, right? only, this time, haku appears to be growing drake feathers! they've got dark green feathers coming in on their head and dark salmon feathers coming in on their chest. haku's voice is also starting to become very hoarse. oh! and this normally gentle duck has started beating the fluff out of our new drake. we think this means haku is intersex and will no longer lay eggs.

to be honest, i'm proud of haku. i am transgender and so are most of my friends, so i guess haku learned from the best. that said, i'm a bit concerned about associated health issues. does anyone know if intersex ducks have a higher risk of certain health conditions? probably a silly question, but i love this duck! thanks folks!

I have an EE hen over 5 yrs old who now crows. I am pretty sure it has to do with hormones.

You possibly have two Drakes.....Drakes breed Drakes, Hens breed Hens....Not Bisexual in anyway...Just Ducks....
